Smolninskaya Hotel is a small 3-star hotel, it has not any public pamphlets, because it serve the representatives of the diplomatic corps, official delegations and quests of the governor and the government of St.Petersburg and Leningrad region, members of the inter-Parlamentary assembly of the former USSA and deputies.
